core training

core training is one of the most important part of your exercise
use exercises like the plank, leg raises, an using an exercise ball, mediceine ball etc
i will update more exercises in the fourth comeing weeks as i am tryin out exercise programes
to find wich exercises give the best results for a strong core.

Training

My training for 6 days a week :

Start by warming up for 10 mins usaly warm up by skipping or jogging on the spot.
2 mile run at own pace
pullups
situps
pressups ( pushups )
Russian twist Situps ( Preform a normal situp but when up twist side to side before lowering back down )
Do as many reps of each exercise as you can then repeat 3 sets resting 2min in between sets.
