Upper arm workout

First of start by warming up for 10 min
skipping, jumpin jacks anything that gets the blood pumping then stretch out for 5 min mostly on you arms.

Pushups : 5-10
 Rest 30 seconds
Pullups : 5-10
 Rest 30 seconds
Dips : 10-20
 Rest 30 seconds
Reverse Pressup : 10-20

Repeat this each day takeing one rest day per week.
